About Us
A different way to stay in Dubrovnik
We connect travelers directly with local property owners across Dubrovnik and its islands — no anonymous management companies in between.
Our Story
Built for owners and guests, not just listings
Dubrovnik Stays started with a simple idea: local owners know their properties and their city better than anyone, so they should be the ones guests deal with directly.
🏠
Owner-managed
Every property is added, priced and kept up to date by the person who actually owns it.
🔎
Reviewed listings
New properties are checked before they go live, so what you book is what you get.
🤝
Direct relationship
Questions, requests, and support go straight to the owner — not a call center.
